I am delighted to be a newly appointed member of the Governor team at Pocklington Juniors. I am now retired from over 40 years in the nursing profession. I worked within the community and my patients were from newborns through to the very elderly. The world of teaching and children’s learning is very new to me, other than my own children’s education, and I am really keen to try and embrace this new position and help the school in any way I may be able
